2006 Program Overview
This is the third year for the Cool Cities program. Building strong cities is part of Governor Jennifer M. Granholm's comprehensive plan to grow Michigan's economy. The programs under the Cool Cities umbrella include "Neighborhoods in Progress, Michigan Main Street, Blueprints for Michigan's Downtowns, and Blueprints for Michigan's Neighborhoods."
