In small towns, neighborhoods, and urban centers, people with vision are taking action to renovate, rebuild, and re-create places that people want to call home. Once-forgotten places in Michigan are on the rise – becoming exciting, vibrant centers for work, play and living. Much of this has been accomplished through the efforts of local citizens in partnership with state agencies.
