Saginaw Depot Restoration

The depot’s first floor will open with a gallery, dance studio and historic materials exchange, and the power house will be restored with sustainable energy businesses and a small biodiesel plant.

Highlights:

• Cool Cities designation used on Saginaw’s Web site and other marketing material. 
• The project is not yet completed, as there is environmental cleanup work that must be resolved. There is,however, continued work to fill the space.
