These finding are combined results from the on-line survey, focus groups conducted in four Midwest cities, and the Cool Cities University Summits held by Governor Granholm. Because the demographic of survey respondents had a strong emphasis on young, single, college-aged students and Michigan residents, interpretation of survey results should be viewed in that light.
